AIL

Hail is large balls of ice that are caused by thunderstorms  and the freezing of rain. Hail usually happens in warmer weather. Hail can be very dangerous, it can dent cars, break windows, damage roofs and if severe enough, it can even kill you. Hailstones are mostly the size of your fingernail but they can be as large as your fist. When the balls of ice (hail) grow too large to be held by the air, it falls to the ground as hailstones.
